ATP-41 III SERIES

COMSAT’s extensive experience in the textile world has allowed the creation of the third generation of their batching motions.

The AT-41 III series batcher has a number of technological and design improvements that make it more versatile, flexible and adaptable to any type of fabric.

Technical data

  • Maximum diameter of winded cloth: 1.000 mm
  • Adjustable fabric tension from 50 N. up to 600 N.
  • Drive roller coated with polyurethane.
  • Tension roller coated with synthetic rubber.
  • Winding system with progressive starting and stopping.

Optiona accessories

  • Walkway of checkered steel.
  • Unloading by batching rotation.
  • Luminous inspection screen.
  • Oscillation of 10 – 50 mm.

ATP-41 III SERIES AC

In parallel with the construction of the AT-41 III series batcher, COMSAT has designed the AT-41 III series AC; batchers with fabric accumulators.

COMSAT incorporate flexibility in the design of their batchers to find the best solution for each application, developing and adapting the AT-41 III series AC to the needs of each customer.
