Comsat’s air assisted bobbin lifting device allows easy loading of the packages onto the creel with minimal effort by the operator. Pneumatically driven system mounted on maintenance free rails. Works for any kind of creel, one unit per side. Availability of different bobbin holder types and sizes.
Single pretensioner system: square bar with anti-static eyelet on the cone outlet and manually adjustable in three different positions.
Double pretensioner system: square bar from single pretensioner adding a system with two chrome bars adjustable individually and manually with fi ve different pretensioning positions.
